Corporate legal advisory, compliance and company training
Advocate Aayush Agarwal provides suitable companies with legal advisory and training covering workplace law, contracts, third-party risk and employee awareness. The scope should match the organisation’s workforce, sector, locations and actual compliance responsibilities.
Advisory areas
- Commercial contracts, NDAs, service and vendor agreements
- Employment documents and HR legal review
- POSH framework, committee process and awareness
- Labour-law and workplace compliance
- Vendor and supplier due diligence
- Corporate legal risk review and ongoing advisory
Training for companies
Training may cover POSH awareness, workplace rights and responsibilities, employee legal literacy, data-protection awareness, cybersecurity legal awareness, anti-bribery concepts and vendor-risk processes. Content, duration, audience and certification should be agreed for each organisation.
Training is not the whole compliance system
A presentation alone does not complete every statutory obligation. Policies, committee constitution, records, reporting, contracts, operational controls and management follow-through may also be required. Advice should be tailored to applicable central and state law.
Requesting a consultation
Companies can provide their industry, locations, headcount, existing policies and priority risks. A weekend initial consultation may be available by appointment; whether training or further advisory is free depends on eligibility and the agreed scope.
Frequently asked questions
Can training be delivered online or at the company office?
Subject to scope and availability, training may be planned online or in person. Audience size, location, duration and required materials should be confirmed.
Does every company need the same compliance programme?
No. Obligations and priorities differ by workforce, activity, contracts, location and sector. A gap review helps define a proportionate programme.
