Legal fees depend on the work required, urgency, forum, document volume, hearings, travel and complexity. A “cheapest advocate” claim does not tell a client what is included or whether the service fits the matter. The useful comparison is a clear written scope and fee basis.

Can an exact case fee be quoted without reviewing documents?
Usually not responsibly. A preliminary range or stage structure may be discussed after the facts, forum, urgency and documents are understood.
Do court fees and external expenses form part of professional fees?
They may be separate. The engagement terms should identify court fees, process fees, travel, translation, local counsel and other external costs.
